Belize Wedding Requirements.

For non-residents

Belize wedding requirements if neither of the applicants have been previously married:

Completed Application form, notarized by a Justice of the Peace.
Copy of passport showing picture and the stamp of arrival into Belize, notarized by a Justice of the Peace.
One of the applicants must be in Belize 3 working days prior to getting married.

If one or the two applicants have been previously married:

Completed Application form, notarized by a Justice of the Peace.
Copy of passport showing picture and the stamp of arrival into Belize, notarized by a Justice of the Peace.
One of the applicants must be in Belize 3 working days prior to getting married.
Original certified divorce decree.

If one of the applicants is a widow or widower:

Completed Application form, notarized by a Justice of the Peace.
Copy of passport showing picture and the stamp of arrival into Belize, notarized by a Justice of the Peace.
One of the applicants must be in Belize 3 working days prior to getting married.
Original death certificate.
